Step 1 3D design
If you order is the new one that we don’t make before, we will arrange the 3D design firstly and send for your confirmation.
Step 2 Cutting-Pattern Design
If 3D design confirmed, we will start the cutting-Pattern Design.
Step 3 Auto Cutting
If our designer finished the cutting-pattern design, we will start the auto cutting.
Step 4 Digital Printing
Meanwhile, our digital printing machine will work.
Step 5 Oil Protection & Drying
In order to make the printing durable and span its lifetime, it will take some to to make Oil Protection & Drying
Step 6 Sewing
If everything is ready, we will start the sewing.
Step 7 Finish and Testing
When it’s finished, our quality inspector test all details and make sure everything is ok when you get them.
Step 8 Packing
After testing, we will pack inside red carpet and outside PVC bag.
Step 9 Shipping.
After receiving your payment, we will arrange the shipping.
